Nurse Manager / Nursing Officer

The Nurse Manager / Nursing Officer will be responsible for: 1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing staff. 2. Developing nursing duty schedules and allocating staff responsibilities. 3. Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of patient care services. 4. Ensuring compliance with nursing standards, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations. 5. Conducting staff performance reviews and identifying training needs. 6. Coordinating patient care with doctors and other healthcare professionals. 7. Monitoring nursing supplies, medical equipment, and departmental resources. 8. Investigating and reporting patient safety incidents and complaints. 9. Participating in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. 10. Preparing departmental reports and presenting nursing performance updates to management. 11. Supporting continuous improvement in patient care and service delivery. 12. Ensuring proper handover procedures and continuity of patient care.
