Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients through assessment, treatment administration, monitoring, health education, and coordination of patient care in accordance with established clinical standards and professional requirements.
About the role
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
1. Assessing patients and documenting their health conditions.
2. Monitoring vital signs and identifying changes in patients' conditions.
3. Administering prescribed medication and treatments within the authorized scope of practice.
4. Providing wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions.
5. Assisting doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
6. Preparing patients for medical examinations, procedures, and treatment.
7. Maintaining accurate and confidential nursing records.
8. Educating patients and their families on treatment, medication, and disease prevention.
9. Implementing infection prevention and control measures.
10. Responding to medical emergencies within the scope of professional competence.
11. Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
12. Participating in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
